Responsibilities Include:
- Maintaining the following databases
- CUSIP
- Continuing Disclosure
- Official Statements
- Generating letters to be sent to issuers as their filing deadline for continuing disclosure approaches
- Processing incoming SID filings from the Central Post Office (DisclosureUSA)
- Obtaining election results, handling requests for official statements, researching “The Bond Buyer” articles; and working on special projects
- An OMAC representative at municipal association vendor conferences
- Backup for internal accounting procedures
